ABSOLUTELY!!!

Thank you for coming to my TED Talk.

In all seriousness, one of the best perks of owning a home gym is the ability to share it with my family. While the gym is largely my space, I love sharing it with my kids and allowing them to start developing an active lifestyle. They also get to have fun in the gym right alongside me while learning gym etiquette, be safe when lifting, and learn proper technique, all of which they would be unable to do since most commercial gyms do not allow kids. Plus, we have basically converted my squat rack into a partial jungle gym using Olympic rings as a swing, pull up bar for monkey bars, and dip attachments for spins and flips. If they’re not out with me in the garage, it’s super easy to pause my workout and help them with what they need (snacks, bedtime, etc.) and get right back to my workout. Can’t do that at a commercial gym!

Some Gymventory items my kids love using:

REP PR-1100 pull-up bar for monkey bars

REP Dip Attachment for spins and flips

Olympic Rings for swinging

Bells of Steel pulley system for free rides

Freak Athlete GGC Jr Barbell
