Not only am I an NASM Certified Home Gym Design Specialist, I have been lifting out of my own Garage Gym since 2021. The Home Gym Community is ready to welcome you with open (swole) arms.

I work closely with your vision, your personal goals, your space, and your budget to help YOU design and personalize a home gym that works for you. Whether you have thousands of dollars to invest, or just a few bucks, we will determine the best products to use, and maximize your available space.

But I must warn you in advance, if you start down this path, you may discover a newfound passion for all things home gym. Your small corner of the garage may multiply and require you to park the cars in the driveway. You may find yourself putting up “No Parking. Lifting Only” signs. You may find yourself showing off your gym to your coworkers. You may find yourself bragging about all of the extra time you have to lift now that you don’t have to drive to the gym and wait for a machine to open up. You may find yourself spending more time with your kids and including them in your workouts. You may find that this is the best thing you have ever done.

What Equipment Should I Buy?

Depending on your fitness goals, your available space, and your budget, we will find quality equipment for the best deals possible and ensure you are able to maximize your workouts from home, and ensure your equipment lasts. This may include a mix of equipment from specific brands, local distributors, online purchase, and/or used equipment. Most importantly, we will provide recommendations for the safest placement and use of the equipment you purchase.
